Process
A deposit of £100 will secure you booking (£50 non refundable and £50 security deposit)
The £50 security deposit will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the property.
You may enter the apartment at 3pm. On the day of arrival and you must depart at 10am. ( It may be possible to enter earlier or depart later if circumstances permit)
Deposit require within seven days of booking to secure the booking
Full balance (including deposit) to be paid three weeks prior to arrival by one of our approved payment methods
No more persons can sleep other than the advertised occupancy of the property for insurance purposes.
Apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Please be considerate of other residents ( noise and the use of parking space provided).
Sorry no pets permitted.
Key loss, damages or theft will result in-part or full loss of security deposit.
Some apartments have parking facilities other require the use of car parks.
While booking, please submit a mobile phone so we can contact you on the day of arrival
On the day you are due to arrive we will contact you to confirm your arrival time, either we will greet you at the apartment or will give you the access code for the secure key lock box next to the apartment entrance.
Payment Methods
By Paypal: When you request a booking we will send you an invoice from Paypal, you can pay from your credit card (no requirement to register with paypal) or if you have a Paypal account you can use this. This will ensure your booking confirmation instantly.
By Cheque
For deposit payments we must receive the cheque within one week of booking and for balance payment please ensure we receive it within three weeks of arrival.

Deposits:
For total costs up to £300 we require full payment at the time of booking within seven days, for accommodation costs over £300 a deposit of £100 is accepted within seven days, £50 of the deposit is a non refundable booking deposit and the remainder is security deposit which is only refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.
Refund payment methods: A cheque will be sent if you paid by cheque or an instant refund is used through paypal to the credit cards used when making the booking.
